Agent endpoint terms of use
These terms cover the Staylight agent endpoint for Hotel Atlantic. They apply to every request made to it.
1. Who operates this endpoint
Previosa a.s. (Staylight), a company registered in the Czech Republic, operates this endpoint on behalf of the hotel named above. The hotel publishes the facts served here. We serve them for the hotel.
2. What it does
The endpoint answers questions about the hotel from the information the hotel publishes through Staylight: its rooms, its rates, its policies and its answers to common guest questions. It also prices a stay from that same information, and it can pass a guest's inquiry to the hotel.
It does not make reservations, hold rooms or take payment. Bookings are made with the hotel, on the hotel's own booking system, under the hotel's terms.
3. Information and prices
Answers are informational. A quote is an estimate built from the data the hotel publishes through Staylight: it is not an offer, and it does not hold a room. The endpoint does not read the hotel's live rates or live availability.
The hotel's own booking page is the authoritative source. It shows the price, the availability and the conditions that apply when a guest books.
Every response says how current its data is. Where a response is marked stale, indicative or unknown, pass that on, and do not present it to a user as a confirmed price or a booking.
4. Acceptable use
You may query the endpoint to answer requests from people using your service. You may not resell the data, misrepresent where it came from, or strip the freshness labels from it. We may block automated access that goes past the endpoint's rate limits.
5. Guest data
If you send an inquiry, you confirm that the guest agreed to share the name and contact details you send. We pass them to the hotel, and we delete our own copy after 90 days.
Apart from an inquiry, the endpoint collects no guest names or contact details, and it never handles payment card data. Our privacy policy is at staylight.io/privacy.
6. Logging
We record each request: which tool was called, a summary of what it asked for, a hashed network address and an identifier for the calling agent. The hotel sees this as its own analytics, and we use it to prevent abuse. We do not record your conversation with your user.
7. Availability
This endpoint is in beta. The hotel can switch it off at any time, and we may change or withdraw tools, with notice on this page. Neither we nor the hotel is obliged to keep it running.
8. Liability
The endpoint is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, neither Previosa a.s. nor the hotel is liable for decisions taken on the basis of information served here. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
Czech law applies. Disputes are heard by the courts of the Czech Republic.
